Cozumel Island Estates
The Ultimate Escape
10 Acres of Natural Paradise

A Paradise for the Privileged Few.

Imagine flying directly to Cozumel from home and taking a 15 minute ride to a private area in a verdant tropical forest.  You immediately notice a natural path among the trees marked by Aluxe statues (Mayan dwarf - “spirits of protection”, photo below).

A Paradise for the Privileged Few.

The path leads you to a secret clearing surrounded by ancient trees and stones steeped in history and weathered by the mists of time. Slowly you begin to envision this place, as the centerpiece for your own secluded escape in the middle of 10 acres of tropical paradise. A paradise lost to the eons, but now re-found.

The quiet cool tropical forest punctuated with the sounds of hundreds of birds and other local fauna, is a path to peaceful contemplation.  Only a mile away you escape to the thrill of the turquoise Caribbean Sea with miles of beach for you to enjoy.

Not for everyone

These huge estate sized lots are available for a select few discriminating investors.  For ultimate privacy, a gated entrance leads to a private tree lined road where these 17 unique lots are located.
To further insure privacy, zoning is restricted to only one house per lot and of course the local fauna is also protected.

Cozumel Island

The island of Cozumel is 30 miles north to south and 10 miles east to west, and is Mexico’s largest island. It is located in the Caribbean 12 miles from the mainland, a 45 minute ferry ride from Playa del Carmen, and about 36 miles south of Cancun.

The population center of Cozumel is the town of San Miguel, on the west coast facing the main land, with a population of approximately 100,000 inhabitants.
Cozumel began to grow as a tourist destination in 1959 when Jacques Cousteau discovered the beauty of the Palancar coral reef and publicized it as one of the best places to go scuba diving in the world.  Also, in the 1970’s, the international airport was expanded allowing a greater number of flights from around the world to arrive directly to this natural paradise.
However, tourism truly sky rocketed in the 1990’s with the construction of cruise ship docks.  Today, Cozumel welcomes over a million cruise ship passengers per year, and up to 16 ships daily, making it the number one cruise ship destination in the world.
Even with all its new development, only one-third of the island has been developed. With most of the luscious tropical forest and pristine sandy beaches untouched, Cozumel remains a developed but non-touristy place to live and enjoy.  Large extensions of land and coast are government owned and protected by nature reserves, making sure the essence of Cozumel remains undamaged.

Cozumel Island Estates

As a world famous tourist destination with its new international airport, all of the advantages and natural beauty of Cozumel is now available to owners of Cozumel Island estates.

Privacy, exclusivity, seclusion and protected zoning ensure the value of your investment for future generations.  Cozumel Island Estates is an opportunity to build a large dream home in a gated community on an estate sized lot, never before available on Cozumel.
