Here we have two beautiful Caribbean beachfront lots for sale in the Alma sector of the Costa Maya.  The Alma stretch of beach is known for it’s triple-canopy mature palm forest.   The sparkling Caribbean waves here gently lap at the white sand beaches where hammocks are strung between the palm trees.  The beach is protected by the Great Mayan Barrier Reef, the second largest living coral reef system in the world.  This reef is considered a national treasure, along with her sister atoll formation off shore named Chinchorro (and called the galleon’s graveyard in local folklore). 

Each of these beaches is 66 feet wide and 400 feet deep, coming in at well over half an acre.  Alma is situated just north of the Dolphin Discovery Beach Club at the Uvero Beach access road, ideally located between Majahual at the center of the coast and the Sian Kaán Biosphere Reserve at the north end of the coast.
