If for any reason you are unable to close on the property, you are entitled to a full and unconditional refund of your deposit. Your deposit is held in trust and is not given to the seller until closing.

Alternate Property Guarantee

Prior to closing, if you should desire to substitute a different property for the property which you originally selected, you may request that your deposit be applied to an alternate property or properties of your choice at no additional cost.
