The Trans Caribbean development crew strode right into the New Year with big steps of progress in Yucatan’s jewel of beachfront living- Sunset Shores.
“Sunset Shores Avenue” has been cut, cleaned, packed and smoothed. The heavy machinery has now moved on from the interior road of the development to cutting walking paths through the greenery of the road-side toward the smooth white sands of these beachfront lots.
Only about a week into the task, more than half of the lots have already had walking paths cut through them. These winding trails through the lush Yucatan jungle give the lot owner an inside look into the natural wooded surroundings of their soon-to-be dream home site.

At this pace, by the end of the month, the crew will move on to clearing the lot that is to become the Sunset Shores Beach Club.
Other development in the project is also under way. The security gate and guardhouse are being designed and will be put in as the next step of this project improvement.
