Most of us usually miss the boat because insiders have already acted upon the inside information first. By the time we learn about it, we have lost the competitive advantage. It's the same old story, time and time again.

If you're tired of losing money and always being too late to get your piece of the pie; if you would like to see tomorrow’s paper today, here's some inside information that can change all that if you are in a position to act.

The government of the State of Yucatan on Mexico's Yucatan Peninsula has just announced the construction of a coastal highway to connect tourist destinations on the Turquoise Coast and thus boost the tourism industry.

The "Yucatan's new frontier", as this project has been called, will eventually stretch for over 75 miles, connecting coastal Yucatan towns.

The first 20-mile phase of the project runs alongside the one-mile stretch of

Yucatan's only gated waterfront community — Sunset Shores.

Local newspaper headlines report that the State Government is committed to completing the first legof the Frontier by the end of 2009, which is what you, a Trans Caribbean insider, should pay close attention to. Infrastructure development projects of this magnitude tend to have a very positive effect on property values—for those who don't miss the boat, that is. Such important developments don't go unnoticed by investors.

As news of this project spreads after last week's creation by the State of the "Council for Yucatan Coastal Development", we expect a flood of interested insiders who have been reading the same newspapers as us. As we ruffle through today's Yucatan papers, we read between the print and see tomorrow's headlines. And here's what they say: "Invest now, before prices escalate out of reach."

As of today, before the expressway work is completed, pre-development prices on Sunset Shores are even more attractive than ever. Don't miss the boat! Acting upon this inside information can make up for all those other times opportunity has slipped away.
